It's easy. There are just two steps:
- First of all check the article doesn't already exist. Just type the title of the article you want to create into the search box at the top of the page and push GO.
- If it doesn't already exist, a message will appear asking you if you want to create the article. Just click on the article title within that message, and a new article will be created for you automatically.
